This Privacy Policy explains how Apical StyleMind ("the app", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information. By using the app, you agree to the practices described below.

Information We Collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address to create and manage your account.
• Wardrobe content. Photos of clothing and wardrobe items you add are stored and processed to provide AI outfit suggestions and style analysis.
• Location. With your permission, we use your device location, only while you are using the app, to suggest weather-appropriate outfits for your area. You can deny or revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.
• Subscription information. Premium subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage your subscription status. We never receive or store your payment card details.
• Usage and diagnostic data. Basic, non-identifying usage and diagnostic information may be collected to keep the app working and to improve it.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to provide and improve the app's features — your digital wardrobe, AI outfit suggestions, weather-based looks, and the suitcase planner — and to manage your account and subscription.

The app relies on the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings.

Children

Apical StyleMind is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
